1.1. This agreement pertains to the ownership and use of a digital atelier located in the virtual city of Westerdalen on the Spatial.io platform.
2.1. The digital atelier can only be purchased using Ethereum cryptocurrency on the OpenSea marketplace.
2.2. Prior to purchase, it is suggested to potential buyers to schedule a digital appointment with the creator @Uanitep within the atelier.
2.3. During this appointment, @Uanitep will grant the potential buyer rights to post content in the atelier.
3.1. Upon successful purchase, the buyer gains full ownership rights to the digital atelier.
3.2. The new owner has the right to provide a name, description, and logo for their space. This content will be promptly added by the creator.
4.1. The existence and functionality of the digital atelier are dependent on the Spatial.io platform.
4.2. In the event of a collapse or major technical issues related to Spatial.io that affect the city of Westerdalen, no refund is guaranteed.
4.3. All parties acknowledge that while the goal is for the city to exist indefinitely, its continued existence cannot be guaranteed.
5.1. The owner is responsible for all content posted within their digital atelier.

6.1. The owner has the right to sell or transfer ownership of the digital atelier.
6.2. Any transfer of ownership must be conducted through the OpenSea marketplace to ensure proper recording of the transaction. Upon each transfer, the creator will earn 7% of the purchase price. The creator then has the duty to clear the atelier of the previous content, and to rename and change the logo and description as requested by the new owner.
6.3. When ownership changes, it’s recommended to meet with the creator and previous owner to update the space, including its content, name, description, and logo.
