The city, in its complete sense, is a theater of social action, and an aesthetic symbol of collective unity. The city fosters art and is art; the city creates the theater and is the theater.

Westerdalen is a victorian metropolis of ink and paper, crafted as an origami on the platform Spatial.io.

Cabinet of knowledge for nostalgics, weirdos or just curious, it is meant to be an inclusive cultural platform grounded in Europe.

In the architecture of a city, history and geography matter.

Europe is the place where WD’s genius loci is intrinsically shaped. This is important because a city without context is not possible.

Westerdalen is openly cosmopolitan. The European connotation does not clash with the inclusiveness towards those who are not or do not consider themselves ‘European’.

 

Yes sir: WD Real Estate

Options are scalable according to the needs:

  1. Boutique with up to 20 interactive assets connected to owner’s e-commerce, or web
  2. Atélier, modeled as a custom map of the same building, but with almost limitless exhibitional possibilities.
  3. Museum, larger than an atélier, with permanent exhibition curated by one of WD architects.
  4. Landmark, functionally similar to Atélier and Museum, but with a specific architecture, which will stand out in the city landscape.

This function is going to be further implemented in the near future. However, for now you can get a customized atélier designed for you by a WD architect, where you can upload hyperlinks and pictures from your Spatial.io account.
